Fruit Nachos

So, this year has been particularly hard to lose weight and get fit. Last year I was in a state of mind (which I miss at times) where I didn’t care what I ate, when I ate or how much I ate. It was almost getting to be boring because it was like marathon eating and then suddenly nothing was really satisfying. So, this year I realized how bad I fell off the wagon, but it was a bit later than usual. April is when I decided enough is enough. So I want to document some of it, purely to have something to refer to next year. But also, I love to take pictures of recipes I come up with and later look at them in awe thinking...really, I cook and it looked and tasted pretty good. Ok here’s the first one. Fruit nachos. Banana, kiwi, blueberries, Granny Smith Apple, strawberry, raspberries, coconut peanut butter drizzle, chia seeds, blueberry yogurt to dip!
