Oh Tchaikovsky, the beautiful sounds of your music make me so happy. The Nutcracker is every little ballerina's dream performance. Same can be said for my girls. Mia is still dreaming of becoming Clara one day - she says this year, and Stasha, she was a party princess last year and enjoyed every little bit of it. During the Nutcracker season is when I realized how committed and serious both my daughters are about ballet. They did not want to miss any rehearsals from either productions - SLC Ballet or Ballet West, much less they did not want to be one minute late! It is a big time commitment and it takes a lot of effort on everyone's part. Are you going to audition for The Nutcracker? Are you kids excited to be in the Nutcracker? How do you manage to juggle the rehearsal time, school time, class time, privates etc...?

They were both magnificent! I never really cared much about ballet, until I saw the SLCB production and my two cute nieces dancing their hearts out. Bravo, Mia and Stasha, keep up the good work!
